Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery costs for our products can be calculated by customers before payment. In the shopping cart page please select the delivery destination for your products; either, United Kingdom, Europe or The Rest of the World. Delivery charges for your products will then be displayed before you make payment.
For delivery of orders we use Royal Mail in the U.K and national mail carriers for overseas orders.
We are committed to honestly selling high quality products of which we are confident you will enjoy using. However from time to time customers may wish to return their items for one reason or another, this can often be a stressful time but we pledge to make it as simple and easy as possible.
If i change my mind or want to cancel my order (within 7 days).
If for any reason you would like to return your goods, by law you are allowed to return them within 7 days from when they were received/signed for. All we ask is that they're in unused, original condition and that you send back your receipt with the goods (this will have been emailed to you at the time of purchase). We would also like to know your reason for returning them so we can look to improve our products/service in the future. The return of these goods are at your cost.
What if I've lost my receipt?
All payments made via this website are handled by third party payments providers who operate in compliance with the regulations set down by the Financial Services Authority (FSA U.K). At no point are we in possession of sensitive payment details such as credit or debit card numbers or bank details.
If you have lost your receipt please advise us of the day and approximate time of purchase so that we can identify your payment.
What if my product is faulty?
If you feel that your product(s) is faulty please contact us immediately to book the return of your goods.
You should include receipts/proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned. We strongly advise all returns to be sent via a recorded/insured delivery service as we will not be responsible for any goods lost or damaged during the return.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling regulations you are entitled to a full refund from items purchased from this website with 7 days of receipt of goods.

As we despatch orders the same day any cancellation will require the return of the products ordered. Once all products have been received in an unused state a refund will be made to the credit/debit card which was originally used for the purchase.
